As part of our Green Schools Global Citizenship Action Day, we were delighted to welcome Ms Yang and several wonderful parents from our school community into our classrooms to share their knowledge and experiences of different countries around the world. A very special thank you to all who gave so generously of their time. Your visits brought our learning to life and helped the children to see the world through new and exciting perspectives. Each class had the opportunity to explore a variety of countries, learning about unique cultures and traditions, delicious foods, weather, traditional clothing, currencies, native animals and so much more. The children were fascinated to discover how people live in different parts of the world and how our similarities and differences make our global community so rich and diverse.
